I found these steps at a hospital in chennai, clearly marked with directions on how to use them. Apart from that, the hospital has marked areas with a yellow line. These actually indicate stationary items or when people can stand or wait. Rest for people to move around.

Chances of reaching out for a tissue paper in your car is remote as most of them place the facial tissues  at the rear glass or inside the box right next to the front dashboard. Option to place them right on top of the dashboard is probably not a good Idea because they tend to fall down to the floors while driving.

A company has found an innovative way to handle them. They have provided an addon product which is rubber mat, provides a better grip and holds the facial tissue paper box next to the front glass.

Why place the facial tissues right on top of the dashboard?
When you consume some oily stuff inside the car you don’t want to open the box or crawl with the oily hands to spoil the interiors of the car. Most of the time, it is those dripping ice creams, when kids have them.
